What does Oncancel do?
Oncancel finds your subscriptions, investigates who bills you and helps you follow the right cancellation route.
How does it find my subscriptions?
Through a bank account connected with Plaid, Gmail, pasted statement text or an uploaded statement.
Does Oncancel cancel subscriptions for me?
Oncancel helps you complete the cancellation. If email is required, we prepare the request and you send it. For other routes, we show you the steps.
Why does the biller matter?
The same subscription can have different cancellation routes. A subscription bought through Apple may need to be cancelled through Apple—not the merchant’s website.
What happens after I send a request?
Oncancel tracks available Gmail and merchant responses. Your status may be sent, acknowledged, pending, confirmed or unable to verify.
How do I know it actually worked?
We look for confirmation supported by merchant or email evidence. Sent is a step. Confirmed is the result.
Does Oncancel check for another bank charge?
Not currently. Oncancel does not automatically monitor your bank account after cancellation for another charge.
Can Oncancel move my money?
No. Bank access is read-only.
Can Oncancel send email without me?
No. We prepare the request. You decide whether to send it.

We score documented cancellation barriers, contract terms, consumer signals and compliance gaps. Every published score includes sources and a confidence level.
